East Asia, China, ca. 20th century CE. A nephrite jade pendant carved in the form of a pointed plaque, with a rounded top pierced for suspension. The surface is adorned with raised spiral and dot motifs, with additional incised taotie face near the lower section. Size: 2.5″ L x 1″ W (6.4 cm x 2.5 cm)
