Central Asia, Afghanistan, ca. 20th to early 21st century CE. A gorgeous silver ring with a huge hexagonal bezel of an eye agate. The impressive stone boasts a dark caramel-colored center surrounded by natural banding in hues of sage, vanilla, butterscotch, and white. A row of tabs borders the periphery of the bezel, while the underside and band are adorned with mesmerizing scroll motifs – gilt on the underside and raised on the band.
