Central Europe or Near East, ca. late Bronze to early Iron Age, 1000 to 200 BCE. Two bronze cuff bracelets, each formed from thick circular rods bent into open loops, the terminals gently curved inward, with surfaces displaying rich green patina and earthen accretions. Alongside, a cast iron-copper alloy horse fragment, rendered in abstract form with a short neck, prominent muzzle, and blocky body, the surface showing mottled oxidation and encrustation. Size of horse: 2.75″ L x 0.6″ W x 2″ H (7 cm x 1.5 cm x 5.1 cm); large cuff: 3.25″ L x 0.3″ W (8.3 cm x 0.8 cm)

Condition: Horse is very worn with iron oxidation, weathering, and losses to surface layers and heavy pitting. Green oxidation and mineral deposits on the cuffs. Old loss to the smaller cuff’s terminal ends.
