North America, Southern United States, Oklahoma, Tulsa River, Pliocene to Pleistocene period, ca. 1.5 million to 10,000 years ago. A prehistoric and fossilized molar from a mammoth – probably a Columbian mammoth (Mammuthus columbi), discovered in the Tulsa River. Size: 10.25″ L x 3.5″ W x 5.5″ H (26 cm x 8.9 cm x 14 cm)

Condition: Fissures and striations in enamel and root as expected with fossilization. Clear surface coating is added to protect the surface. Chips and losses to the root tips and surface layers around enamel. Overall great condition and size!
