A charming group of three stone, wood, and pottery llama canopas, two hollowed at the back for ritual offerings, reflecting enduring Andean traditions in which these miniature vessels symbolized pastoral wealth, protection, and spiritual reciprocity with the natural world. Size of largest (wood): 2.3″ L x 1″ W x 1.9″ H (5.8 cm x 2.5 cm x 4.8 cm)

Condition: All have weathering to surfaces with nicks and abrasions as shown. Otherwise, all are intact and very nice with liberal remaining detail and scattered earthen and mineral deposits.

Provenance: private southwestern Pennsylvania, USA collection, acquired prior to 2000
