Central Asia, India, ca. 19th century CE. A cast-bronze shrine figure of Vishnu, the preserver, standing with delineated legs atop an integral tiered plinth. The figure wears a silken dhoti around his waist and a massive pendant dangling from a necklace above, and a tiered cap tops the serene face. Each hand holds an implement like a lingam, a mace, and a pair of meditative objects. Size: 1.4″ L x 3.4″ W x 5.875″ H (3.6 cm x 8.6 cm x 14.9 cm)

Condition: Small loss to bottom of implement held in back-right hand. Minor abrasions and softening to finer details, with light earthen deposits, otherwise in great condition. Nice patina throughout.
