Native American, Western United States, Southern Nevada, Clark County, Anasazi (Ancestral Puebloans), ca. 1200 to 1500 CE. An assemblage of Southwestern artifacts collected in southern Nevada, comprising shell beads, small stone projectile points, whole marine shells, and painted pottery fragments. The shell elements point to long-distance exchange networks, while the lithic points and ceramic sherds represent local toolmaking and pottery practices. The collection is neatly arranged and preserved in a modern Riker display case, offering a clear and visually organized presentation suitable for study or display. Displayed in a modern Riker case. Size of large stone point: 3.25″ L x 1.5″ W (8.3 cm x 3.8 cm); case: 12″ L x 8″ W (30.5 cm x 20.3 cm)
