Eastern Africa (Ethiopia), Australia, and North America (Montana), ca. millions of years ago. This assorted group includes a fossilized leaf or fern frond preserved in matrix and a shard of a Richardoestesia theropod dinosaur tooth from Montana. Five raw Australian white quartz stones display opalized areas, and a polished chocolate opal completes the group, showing warm iridescent rainbow hues with remnants of the original matrix along the edges. Size of fossil: 5″ L x 2.75″ W (12.7 cm x 7 cm)
Condition: Tooth has losses to tip and root. Chocolate opal has chips and cracks. Plant fossil has losses to the matrix and fossilized area.
