This large circular fossil slab is polished to reveal striking Orthoceras and ammonite shells set within a mottled stone matrix. Both decorative and functional, the piece may be mounted on custom metal legs as a distinctive table top or placed directly on a surface as a dramatic display platform, celebrating the beauty of ancient marine life and deep geological time. Condition: Natural striations in the stone. Some irregular edges from carving, and minor nicks.
