Rome, Imperial Period, ca. 2nd to 4th century CE. A trio of beautiful bracelets: one made from deep blue, one made from dark green with yellow petal-like motifs, and the third made from the same dark green glass. After the invention of glassmaking, personal adornments were fashioned from man-made glass like this example. A lovely piece either for wearing or intended as an elegant votive offering. Size of largest: 3.1″ W (7.9 cm)

Condition: All are intact, with light surface wear and scratching commensurate with age.
