East Asia, China, ca. mid-20th century CE. A carved nephrite jade bird form inspired by celebrated Hongshan culture avian carvings, rendered with a compact, stylized body and softly modeled wings. The reverse is pierced with a suspension hole. Size: 2.3″ L x 2″ W (5.8 cm x 5.1 cm)

Condition: Intact with a few minor nicks to surface.
