Pre-Columbian, Mexico to Guatemala, Olmec, Mezcala to Maya, ca. 500 BCE to 900 CE. A collection of ancient greenstone and jade beads in varied shapes including discs, elongated forms, and drilled pendants, each displaying surface wear and mineral mottling consistent with age and burial. The pieces remain fully perforated and could be restrung today for display or wearable use. Size of largest: 2.2″ L x 1.8″ W (5.6 cm x 4.6 cm)
Condition: Old chips and losses. Mineral and light earthen encrustations.
