A carved stone Mezcala axe god figure rendered in the culture’s distinctive abstract style, with a tapered head, simplified torso, bifurcated lower section suggesting legs, and string cut lines for suggesting hands. Size: 6″ L x 2.25″ W (15.2 cm x 5.7 cm)
Condition: Old abrasions and pitting, with mineral encrustations as shown.
