Western Europe, Late Roman & Byzantine to Post Medieval periods, ca. 3rd to 17th century CE. A collection of small bronze, brass, and iron artifacts representing everyday objects and fittings lost or discarded across centuries. The group includes pendants, strap fittings, clasps, hinges, decorative mounts, and a fragment of a small bell, displaying a variety of pierced and openwork forms typical of personal adornment and dress hardware. Surfaces show dark patina and mineral toning consistent with age and exposure to elements, offering an engaging assortment of historical fragments recovered from the European landscape. Condition: Fragmentary pieces with losses and chips. Patina and mineral deposits.
