Ancient Near East, Levant, Iron Age to Roman Period, ca. 1200 BCE to 300 CE. A wheel-thrown globular pouring jar with a short angled spout, a small loop handle on the opposing side, and a flared rim likely designed to receive a lid. The shoulder is articulated with a band of incised parallel lines below impressed marks. Size: 6″ D x 5.5″ H (15.2 cm D x 14.0 cm H)

Condition: Very Good. Chips to the rim and spout, but otherwise intact. Mineral and earthen deposits.
