Authenticity Guarantee
If you believe an item is not authentic:
- Notify us in writing within 2 business days of receipt (based on shipping carrier tracking)
- Provide a letter from a recognized expert supporting the dispute
- If confirmed, receive a full refund, including buyer’s premium and shipping costs
- A pre-paid return shipping label or reimbursement will be provided
Returns for Listing Errors
If an item’s description, condition, provenance, or dimensions are incorrect:
- Notify us within 2 business days of receipt
- A full refund, including shipping, will be issued once the item is returned
- No returns after 20 days
Returns for Other Reasons
- Notify us within 2 days for a refund to the original payment method.
- After 5 days (but within 20 days), the item may be:
- Credited toward a future purchase, OR
- Consigned for sale through Artemis Fine Arts
- Buyer covers return shipping; original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Return Conditions
- Items must be insured and returned in original condition.
