DescriptionSouthern Italy, Ca 325 BC, from the Greek colony of Canosa. Pair of molded pottery volute roundels, most likely from a large krater. Each volute features a female portrait, decorated with white base and red/pink and blue highlights. Each vloute measures approximately 1-1/8”D x1/8" deep, each intact and excellent, each with Christie's auction sticker on reverse. Custom mount.
