Buying and Selling Information
All items offered on the Artemis Gallery website are subject to prior sale. You may order through our secure website, by telephone or via email. Items may be reserved for up to five (5) business days upon request.
Artemis Gallery accepts a wide variety of payment options - Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, checks, bank wire transfer or international money orders in US dollars.
Artemis Gallery offers several convenient layaway options that allow you to pay for item(s) up to 60 days with a 25% down payment. Email for details.
All prices on the Artemis Gallery website are listed in US dollars. For orders shipped within the continental USA, shipping rates will be applied to each item/group of items (includes packing, shipping and insurance via UPS ground, unless otherwise requested or dictated by shipping address). Expedited delivery via UPS or FedEx can be arranged upon request. For orders shipped outside the continental USA, as well as internationally, shipping/insurance will be applied to each item/group of items (includes packing, shipping and insurance via USPS Priority Mail). Due to size and insurance value, some items will be shipped via FedEx or other carriers. Domestic or international, shipping charges are not automatically calculated when you submit your order and will be added to the total of all orders submitted. Orders shipped to CO residents will be charged 8.25% sales tax.
International purchases are easy and very welcome! Artemis Gallery prides itself on having satisfied clientele in five continents and over 20 countries. We are expert shippers and pack with outmost care for safe transit worldwide. In addition to shipping/packing, international orders may also involve customs and/or import duty fees. Since customs rules and regulations vary by country, you should check your country’s guidelines prior to purchase and shipment so we can prepare all necessary documentation for shipment. Any customs or duties that may be levied on international orders are not included in our prices, and as such, are the buyer’s responsibility.
Your satisfaction is guaranteed. Artemis Gallery accepts returns within 7 days of receipt for a credit towards another item in our gallery, less a 5% re-stocking fee, providing the item is returned in “as-purchased” condition (returns based on authenticity are not subject to any time limit – see Authenticity Guarantee for details).
Artemis Gallery is pleased to offer clients a unique Trade-Up policy for any item purchased from our website – whatever price originally paid can be applied toward any higher-priced item, provided the traded item is returned in “as-purchased” condition. Email for details.
Have questions about selling or consigning? The first step is to contact us to discuss what you’ve got and what you’d like to do. If visiting our gallery is not practical, it’s possible for us to provide a basic evaluation via email or regular post. All we need is a brief description along with photos of your item(s), and then Artemis Gallery will recommend appropriate pricing relative to existing market conditions and demand.
