Egypt, Late Dynastic Period, 26th to 31st Dynasty, ca. 664 to 332 BCE. Simply stunning, this beaded bracelet is comprised of sixteen tubular glazed faience beads, dozens of red and yellow disc-shaped faience beads, and a central glazed faience amulet with ribbed sides and vertical perforations on each face. The bracelet has an overall ladder-like design, with a gold-plated hoop ring on one end and a T-bar fastener on the other. This example was strung in modern times, and is a beautiful example of wearable ancient art! Size: 7.75″ L (19.7 cm); size of largest bead: 0.5″ H (1.3 cm).

Condition: Strung in modern times and wearable as shown. Beads have age-commensurate surface wear and some small chips, fading and abrasions to glazed surfaces, with light earthen deposits.
