Rome, Imperial Period, ca. 1st to 4th century BCE. A trio of cast bronze furniture feet in the form of human feet, with clearly incised toes and toenails and tiny stippled designs to demark sandals. Comes with custom stand. Size of each: 1″ W x 2″ H (2.5 cm x 5.1 cm)

Condition: Near choice; small holes in the heels of two with slightly more wear to one than the other two.

Provenance: private New Jersey USA collection, acquired over twenty years ago
