Pre-Columbian, Mexico, Mixtec, ca. 1200 to 1500 CE. A sweet ensemble of near-miniature blackware pottery vessels, including rounded, piriform, and tripod forms, three presenting incised striations and stylized geometric motifs, two presenting smooth surfaces, simple yet elegant. A lovely group boasting attractive silhouettes and nicely burnished surfaces. Size: 2.5" in diameter x 3.125" H (6.4 cm x 7.9 cm)

Condition: All surprisingly intact with only minor surface wear.

Provenance: Ex-private Harvey Collection, acquired prior to 1972
