Magna Graecia, southern Italy, Campania, ca. 4th century BCE. Squat blackware oinochoe used to pour water and wine at the dinner table. Bulbous body and tall thin rounded handle terminating at trefoil spout. Size: 5" W x 8.25" H (12.7 cm x 21 cm)

Condition: Intact, surface abraded, areas of silvery iridescence to black surface.
