DescriptionA buff clay molded terracotta maskette having relief facial details and diadem, perforated at top for suspension - hung inside the house to bring good luck. Some encrustation, mostly on the reverse, weathered surface, otherwise intact. Ca 6th century BC - 550 to 500 BC. 3-5/8"H, intact/generally excellent.
